Refund Policy

If you are not happy with Ocean Gull, we will refund your first purchase of any paid plan in full within 14 days of the charge — no questions asked.

Forgot to cancel? If a subscription renewed and you have not materially used the Service since the renewal charge, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it.

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights, including the 14-day withdrawal right for consumers in the EU and UK.

Email support@oceangull.com from your account email address with your receipt or order number. Refunds are processed by our merchant of record to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider — we process valid refund requests promptly and directly.

The free plan involves no payment and therefore no refunds. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated purchase-and-refund abuse.
